Accusing a journalist of running a smear campaign against her, Kangana Ranaut got into an extremely heated debate with the press at the launch of the song Wakhra Swag, from her upcoming film Judgementall Hai Kya.
It’s controversies galore for Bollywood’s “Queen” bee, Kangana Ranaut. At the song launch event for her upcoming film Judgementall Hai Kya, Kangana lost her cool, getting into a heated exchange of words with a male journalist. “Tum toh haamare dushman bann gaye, kitni gandi baatien likh rahe ho hamare baare main. You are bashing my film Manikarnika, calling me jingoistic. Is it a mistake to make a nationalistic film.”
“You message me personally, you come and have lunch with me in my car, so don’t tell me I’m being a star here. Whatever I may say will be twisted. You are harming my brand. I cannot answer your question – that is what I was coming to, but you just flared up and made it about star and journalist.” Check out the full video below:
Also on stage with Kangana Ranaut was the film’s producer Ekta Kapoor. Kangana’s co-star Rajkummar Rao was also present.
Kangana and Rajkummar Rao are coming together in Judgementall Hai Kya. They were co-stars on Vikas Bahl’s sleeper hit, Queen, that released back in 2014. The trailer of Judgementall Hai Kya, was released recently and was appreciated by fans and bollywood celebs alike.
