Kangana Ranaut Praises Virat Kohli, Calls Him ‘Panga’ King Of Team India, ‘We’ll Both Take Panga On Same Day'

While promoting her upcoming film Panga directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, the actress showered praises for cricketer Virat Kohli. While she called herself the Panga queen, she hailed Virat as the Panga King of Team India

Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film Panga has been creating a lot of buzz with the masses, especially since the trailer of the film released. Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s directorial starring Kangana, Jassie Gill, Richa Chadha, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi is a sports flick, showing Kangana going back to being a Kabaddi player with motivation from her husband and son.  The trailer received many praises, and got fans super excited to watch the movie. Now in a recent interview, Kangana showered praises on ace cricketer Virat Kohli, calling him the Panga king of Team India.

Kangana Ranaut, on Star Sports' Nerolac Cricket Live, called herself the Panga queen, she hailed Virat as the Panga King of Team India. Showering praises on him,she also said that he is fearless and always up for any challenges that come his way. The film Panga will hit the theatres on the same day as India's T20I match against New Zealand. With reference to this, she added, “This time we both will take a Panga on the same day - mine will be at the theatres, and he will battle it out against New Zealand team on their home ground. Kangana Ranaut also spoke about how she prepped for the role of a Kabaddi player. While talking to Mumbai Mirror, she said she stuck to a wholesome diet that included carbohydrates, fat, raw vegetables and juices. 


Panga is directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and while Jassie Gill plays the role of Kangana’s husband, Neena Gupta plays Kangana’s mother in the film. Panga is slated to release on January 24, 2020.
