Kangana Ranaut shares a video after Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray resigns as Maharashtra Chief Minister
Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray, on Wednesday, submitted his resignation as Maharashtra Chief Minister to Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari in Raj Bhavan. The Governor accepted his resignation asking Uddhav to continue as CM until an alternate arrangement is made. Now, actress Kangana Ranaut has reacted to this and shared a video where she talked about the re-birth of democracy. She also spoke about people living with arrogance. Not just that, Ranaut also referred to her statement she made two years ago about the fall of the Thackeray-led Maharashtra government.
Taking to her Instagram handle, the Queen actress posted a video with the caption,जब पाप बढ़ जाता है, तो सर्वनाश होता है और उस के बाद सृजन होता है…And the lotus of life blooms.” In the clip, she can be heard saying in Hindi, “2020 me maine kahan tha ki loktantra ek vishwas hai aur satta ke ghamand me aa kar jo is vishwas ko todta hai, uska ghamand todna bhi nishchit hai. Ye shakti hai ek sache charitra ki. Hanuman ji ko Shiva ka 12th avatar maana jata hai. Jab Shiv Sena hi Hanuman Chalisa ko ban kar de, toh unhe toh Shiv bhi nahi bacha sakte. In 2020, the BMC demolished the Mumbai office of Kangana on the grounds of alleged illegal building. Kangana, back then, lashed out at CM Uddhav Thackeray in a video as she said, “Aaj mera ghar toota hai kal tera ghamand tootega.”
For the unversed, Kangana and Uddhav’s tiff started after the actress compared the situation in Maharashtra with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK). And, this spat led to BMC riding a bulldozer on Kangana’s office in Bandra.
