Over the years, Bollywood filmmaker and actress Kangana Ranaut has worked hard towards making films centering around women empowerment. She has openly spoken about her struggles in the industry and how she has risen to become one of the most credible actors in the film industry. Amidst all these, positive reviews of her recent release, Tejas is surfacing the internet. She has not taken a dig at movies like Animal and hinted that she might just change her career.

Taking to her official X, formerly known as Twitter, handle to wonder why her movie had received negative reviews when it was released on the big screens. She went on to mock the audience for supporting movies that showcase women being beaten and being asked to lick shoes. Agitated with it all she added that she might just shift her career as she wants to give the best years of her life to something important. Ever since the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial was released last month, celebrities have been slamming the movie for its problematic storyline, for promoting toxic masculinity,  and for its questionable dialogues. Many even expressed their shock over the movie becoming one of the highest-grossers of 2023. 

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut was last seen Tejas. She will be next seen in Emergency. Not only is the movie her first solo directorial, but she will also be essaying the role of India’s late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Apart from that, she also has a few other projects in her pipeline.
