Actor Anil Kapoor’s daughter Rhea Kapoor and Karan Boolani tied the knot with each other at the former's Juhu Bungalow on August 14. SpotboyE exclusively reported about their wedding date and that the wedding will take place with limited people in attendance. Cousins like Arjun Kapoor, Anshula, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi, Shanaya and more marked their presence during the wedding rituals. As Karan and Rhea have now become husband and wife, the ad filmmaker has now revealed his ‘true story’ about how he met Rhea Kapoor and how he fell madly in love with her. It is all things love!
While sharing a few pictures from their wedding party, Karan captioned it as, “True story: we met on a movie set, she was new, I tried to bully her, and ended up falling madly in love.” Now, that’s a cute love story!
For the party, Rhea Kapoor looked ethereal in a custom Mandala off-white organza circular dress that she paired with a box pleated organza cape with dramatic sleeves. The ensemble was making her look radiant. Karan opted for something classic and it is no better than donning a three-piece suit.
After their wedding day, Karan posted some adorable pictures with his wife on his Instagram, saying this is the best decision he has ever made. He even thanked her for giving him love, respect and encouragement over a decade.
“Yesterday we made it official to the world… but you and I have been ride or die for over a decade and for that I would like to thank four people who have given me a crazy amount of love, respect, encouragement and constant collaboration. First is a film producer, the second is a fashion stylist.. the third is the mother of my daughter lemon and the fourth is the finest cook to have performed miracles in a domestic kitchen..and their names are Rhea Kapoor. To the best decision I’ve ever made. Here's to us and everything that awaits us together”, his photo caption read.
