Filmmaker Farah Khan is known to be one of the best hostesses in Bollywood. Farah constantly organizes Sunday Lunches and parties at her home, which see many eminent names of Bollywood. With this weekend proving to be a long weekend owing to the elections, like always Farah Khan hosted a Sunday Lunch at her humble abode and invited friends and family from Bollywood. Being among one of the guests at the lunch get together, Karan Johar took to his social media to share a glimpse of the party and thank Farah.
Karan Johar took to his Instagram to share a group picture from his Sunday day out this afternoon. Thanking Farah Khan to be an awesome host for the lunch, KJo wrote, “Thanks @farahkhankunder for an amazing lunch!!!! Super energy and tons of good and positive conversations and the best food I have eaten in a while!! #blockbustersunday.” The picture Karan Johar shared saw celebrities Farah Khan, Karan Johar, Kriti Sanon, Preity Zinta, Malaika Arora, Goldie Behl, Sonali Bendre, Rajkummar Rao, Patralekha, Hrithik Roshan, Pooja Hegde, Sajid Khan, Jackie Shroff, Punit Malhotra, Harshvarddhan Rane, Maniesh Paul, Ashutosh Gowariker to name a few and several others. While Karan complimented Farah for the amazing lunch he had after a long time, the director also shared how he enjoyed the super energy and tons of good and positive conversations at the Lunch party. Meanwhile, Karan Johar last made an appearance at the Jio Mami Film Festival 2019. The filmmaker was snapped hosting Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt at the Movie Mela and entertained the audience at the event.
On the work front, Karan Johar is busy producing films under the banner of his self-owned Dharma productions. The filmmaker will also be marking his directorial comeback with a period drama based multi-starrer film Takht.
