She recently took to her Instagram stories and expressed her happiness after Maharashtra government announced financial support for children orphaned by Covid-19. Sharing a news report, Kareena added clapping hands emoticons.
For the uninitiated, on Wednesday, the Maharashtra State Cabinet announced a scheme of financial assistance for children who lost their parents due to Coronavirus. Yashomati Thakur, Maharashtra Women and Child Development Minister said, If none of the relatives come forward to take care of a child, the child will be taken to care centres. In case the family members are ready to take up the responsibility, the State government will extend financial aid from the child care scheme.'
The actress recently made headlines after she shared a mirror selfie and flaunted her post pregnancy weight loss. She is seen wearing a printed bandeau bra.
