Director Punit Malhotra is celebrating his birthday today. Punit worked as an assistant director on Karan Johar's Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Hansal Mehta's Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai?, Nikhil Advani's Kal Ho Naa Ho and Tarun Mansukhani's Dostana. He later made his debut as a director with I Hate Luv Storys starring Imraan Khan and Sonam Kapoor. Since then, he has gone on to direct many films. Today, on the occasion of his birthday, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ananya Panday took to their Instagram and shared posts to wish a very 'happy birthday.'
Kareena Kapoor Khan shared a picture of the director and wrote, "Sir aaj aapka happy birthday hai." Ananya Panday, on the other hand, shared a throwback picture with the director which appears to have been clicked on the sets of Student of the Year 2 and wrote, "Happy Bday Pi! You're 40 @PunitDMalhotra." As many are aware, Ananya made her debut in Bollywood with SOTY 2 co-starring Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria.
Tiger Shroff also shared a candid picture with Punit as he wished him a happy birthday. Tiger wrote, "Happy bday actor/model/director saab. smash it out of the park! @punitdmalhotra."
On the other hand, uncle Manish Malhotra shared a picture of his nephew and wrote, "When my dearest nephew @punitdmalhotra comes to take blessings on his birthday from his grandmother...
