Karisma-Sunjay Divorced: Who gets what? We have all the details

Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapoor are no more husband and wife. Their divorce has come through in the Family Court (Bandra East), an hour ago.
SpotboyE has learnt that the proceedings were conducted in camera.
So what has Karisma got? Well, nothing for herself per se.
It's Rs 10 crore trust in the name of the kids and her duplex residence remains in her name. The expenses of the kids in terms of education and other things will be borne by Sunjay. Karisma has been allowed to keep not only her jewelry but also the jewelry given to her by Sunjay and his family at the time of their marriage.
While Karisma has got the custody of both the kids Samaira and Riaan, the father has been granted a good access to them. A source says, "They can spend at least two-three months in a year with him if you add up all the days that he has been permitted."
Sunjay had argued in court that the actress had failed as a wife, mother and daughter-in-law, and that she had married him only for money. The actress had shot back to file a domestic violence case against Sunjay and his mother. The divorce which would have otherwise come in 2014 has come about two years later.
There were no handshakes and no smiles from either side in the Family Court today. The acrimony between Karisma and Sunjay was to be seen to be believed. Why do many things in life end on a bitter note?
This was one marriage which was said to have happened on the rebound from the girl's side. It never seemed that Karisma and Sunjay loved each other. Karisma had quite hastily tied the knot with Sunjay in 2003 after her marriage with Abhishek Bachchan failed to materialise.
