Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has been winning accolades from the audience for his versatile performances. He is currently considered as one of the most-bankable actors in the Hindi entertainment industry. While he has been busy making a name for himself and celebrating his professional success, according to a recent report he bought a luxurious apartment for himself in Juhu, that is worth approximately Rs 17.5 crores.
Yes, you read that right! According to the report by Free Press Journal, the Satyaprem Ki Katha actor recently purchased a swanky apartment in the Siddhi Vinayak Building in a posh locality of Juhu. His family already own an apartment in the same building. Situated on the second floor, the apartment has 1,593.61 square feet of carpet area. While Kartik has paid Rs 17.50 crores for the apartment, the media publication claims that the market value of the property is Rs 7.49 crores. The report further states that, this has been one of the costliest deals as the 32-year-old has paid Rs. 1,09,814 per square foot. In addition to that he even paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crores, to acquire the property from Jayesh Doshi. Talking about the apartment, it comes with two parking slots. As per the Free Press Journal, the registration documents were handed over to him on June 30, 2023. On the work front, Kartik Aaryan was last seen in Sameer Vidwans’ directorial Satyaprem Ki Katha, co-starring Kiara Advani. Released on June 29, the movie has been raking in huge numbers at the box office. His performance in the film is being lauded by the critics as well as the audiences. He has Anurag Basur’s Aashiqui 3 in his pipeline.
