Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan resumed work after the lockdown. He was recently clicked outside filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s office in Mumbai. On the work front, Kartik recently wrapped up shooting Ram Madhavani’s film Dhamaka. Reportedly, the film is based on the workings of a news channel. According to the latest report, Kartik Aaryan has teamed up Shah Rukh Khan’s production house for his next film. The report stated that filmmaker Vikas Bahl will direct the Love Aaj Kal actor's next film.
According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, Kartik Aaryan has been signed by Red Chillies Entertainment for a next film which will be directed by Ajay Bahl. A source revealed that Kartik has been in talks with Red Chillies Entertainment, which is owned by SRK. A source said, “Kartik has been in talks with Shah Rukh Khan’s banner for this Ajay Bahl directed a film for a while now and finally, everything has fallen in place and the actor is all set to start shooting for the film within the next 2 months.”
Talking about the film further, the source added, “Though this one too has an underlying social message, it’s essentially a rom-com. The casting is currently underway and the female lead as also the rest of the members will be locked soon.” IANS quoted Kartik talking about the project. The actor mentioned that the script is a miracle script. The young actor shared that he knew the film would give him to explore a different side of him as an actor. Kartik said, "This for me is a miracle script and had me on the edge of my seat all through the narration. I knew this is the script that would give me the opportunity to explore a different side of me as an actor.”
