It was raining parties in Bollywood till evening. On December 24 night, while we saw many celebs attending Katrina Kaif and Anu Dewan’s house parties, the Kapoor clan celebrated Christmas with their traditional lunch. Right from Randhir Kapoor to Ranbir Kapoor, the who’s who of Kapoor family made their presence felt at the party.
After the Kapoor lunch, Salman Khan also hosted a Christmas bash which was once again attended by many celebs like- Daisy Shah, Sunil Grover, Amrita Arora with Atul Agnihotri, Hakim Aalim, AbRam Khan, Helen, Yasmin Karachiwala, Aayush Sharma, Karan Johar with Yash and Roohi, Laksshya Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Seema Khan, Kanchi Kaul and Shabir Ahluwalia, with their kids, Nikhil Dwivedi, Alvira Agnihotri, Arpita Khan Sharma, Pragya Kapoor, Tusshar Kapoor, Dia Mirza with husband Sahil Sangha. Talking about their traditional lunch, Randhir Kapoor told Bombay Times, “Papa believed that the show must go on, and we’re following his words. Life goes on, come what may. So, we all gathered for the annual brunch, like every other year and had a great time together. It has been a family ritual for decades now, so there was no reason for us to not do it this year, too. Yes, we missed our mother and Shashi uncle at the dining table. We really missed seeing Rishi and Neetu, too, but nothing ever stops us from celebrating life and the moments that we’re blessed to have with each other. We Kapoors are together, in our joys and our sorrows. We’ve never let our spirits get dampened by anything, because that’s not how we’ve been taught to look at life.”
