Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, lately, have been making headlines ever since their wedding rumours gained momentum. Both the actors are speculated to tie the knot next month in an intimate wedding ceremony at a luxurious fort-resort in Rajasthan. As far as wedding invites are concerned, it is being reported that Katrina and Vicky are very choosy about the guest list and will be inviting very few close friends from the industry. As per the latest buzz, Shah Rukh Khan is among celebs that Kat has extended an invitation to for her December wedding.
According to a report in Bollywoodlife, the rumoured couple is a huge fan of SRK and thus, has insisted him to grace their big day. A friend close to the actress tells the web portal that Shah Rukh is likely to attend the wedding as he is known for keeping his social obligations. The friend was quoted saying, “They are going to keep a low profile, staying away from media glare. Shah Rukh may make a quick entry and exit. He also has to get back to his shoots and will definitely not attend the entire 3-4 day wedding.”
Notably, it goes without saying that both Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh Khan share a friendly bond with each other. The two had worked together in films like ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ and ‘Zero’.
Earlier, it was reported that Salman Khan will reportedly miss Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif's wedding owing to his shooting schedule. The insider was quoted saying, “Salman was too shoot for an important portion of Tiger 3-Pathan but had to pause the shoot due to Shah Rukh Khan's personal turmoil. Now, they are touted to begin this shoot in December, before SRK heads out of the country for the next schedule of his film with Atlee. Therefore, the dates may clash with Katrina's wedding and Salman may be unable to grace it.”
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are speculated to get married in the second week of December but before that, the couple is expected to have a court marriage in Mumbai.
