Discussing this, Sara Ali Khan shared, "It's not that I don't own designer bags and shoes. I don't feel the need to wear designer clothing because I feel perfectly comfortable in Zara. I have the self-assurance to pull it off." She clarified that her choice isn't about projecting relatability. She continued, "I'm not doing this to appear relatable, but what I should be mindful of is that I'm an actress with a substantial Instagram following. This matters because I'm presenting myself to the public. So, perceptions are crucial." Sara added, "I should be cautious not to come across as careless or unkempt. I might not have oil in my hair, but I'll never say, 'Oh, I need a blow-dry for the airport.' I find that absurd, and I won't apologize for it."
