After almost 12 year long years in television, Kritika Kamra will be making her Bollywood debut. So Kritika is putting in her heart and soul into it. So much so, she even didn't take an off on her birthday and kept on working. So her debut film's co-star Jackky Bhagnani went ahead and threw a surprise birthday party for her. That too on the sets of the film. Lovely, isn't it?
Kritika Kamra Goes Topless For A Photoshoot
Kritika took to Instagram to share a pic from the party. She captioned the post as: "Thank you so much for making today this special!! It's been the most memorable working birthday because A. I love what I'm shooting for and B. I love the people I'm working with. It's like my birthday wish came true already. ❤️ #bestteamever #myworkfamily #somemissinginthepicture #jsk (sic)."
Talking about the film, it will be a remake of the Telugu hit film Pelli Choopulu which means far right. The original film starred Vijay Deverakonda and Ritu Varma and has won National awards as well. Kritika will be reprising the role of Ritu Varma in this film.
Jackky Bhagnani Goes Shirtless For A Photoshoot
Produced by Phantom, the film is based on the concept of arranged marriage. Directed by Nitin Kakkar who had directed Filmistaan, the film will also have Prateik Babbar and Gujarati actor Pratik Gandhi. It will be set in Gujarat and will be shot in Ahmedabad.
For those who don't know Kritika was supposed to make her Bollywood debut with Ekta Kapoor’s Badtameez Dil with Kareena Kapoor Khan, but sadly that film never took off.
