KRK apologises to Bollywood: Has his conscience really stirred or is this another publicity stunt?

Recently, Vikram Bhatt launched a massive tirade against KRK which has clearly unsettled the Frankenstein.
This is KRK's latest tweet after hitting people below the belts.
So yeah, he says he has apologised to all. But should we believe him? Does it really mean that he is turning over a new leaf? Only time will tell.
Interestingly, he is not naming Alia Bhatt, Meera Chopra, Bipasha Basu or any other heroine in his apology on whom he lashed out his obscenity quotient, which is obviously too high.
Let's also not forget that he threatened SpotboyE.com Editor Vickey Lalwani (KRK threatens SpotboyE.com Editor for standing up for Alia, Dippy, Kat, PeeCee, Bips, Pari, Sona, Jul 1) by sending him a WhatsApp text which read:
