Many celebrities have been sharing their photos and videos as they get their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Malaika Arora, Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Rohit Shetty, Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Neena Gupta, Shabana Azmi, Sonali Bendre are a few celebs who have got their first dose of vaccine. Joining the list is Kumar Sanu, who took to his Instagram page and shared a video of himself getting the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The singer also encouraged others to take their vaccine.

In the video, Kumar Sanu can be heard saying, "Hi friends, mein abhi jaa raha hu vaccine lene ke liye. Bohot dara hua hu kyunki logon ne aur YouTube ne bohot daraya vaccine lene se kya ho jayega .. mein bhi bola ek baar dekhta hu vaccine leke kya hota hai..." He then takes his first dose of vaccine and also encourages others to do the same. Kumar Sanu adds, "mein chahta hu ke humlog sab milke ye teeka lagaye aur desh se corona ko bhagaye.

He captioned the video as, "COVID Vaccine. Please take your COVID Vaccine soon, keep yourself and your family safe.. #covidvaccine." Several Instagram users dropped comments under the post.

A few days ago, Malaika Arora shared a picture of herself receiving the dose of the COVID 19 vaccine. Sharing the picture, she wrote, "I took the first dose of the COVID vaccine because #wereinthistogether ! Let us go warriors, let's win this #WarAgainstVirus. Don't forget to take yours soon! ( n a special mention to our amazing frontline workers, who were so caring n vigilant n went about doing everything with a smile) THANK YOU(and yes I am eligible to take the vaccine)."
