Lately, many people in the city have been raising concerns and complaining about their inflated electricity bills. It all began when actress Taapsee Pannu questioned her power company on social media about the inflated electricity bill. Taking to her official Twitter handle, Soha Ali Khan tweeted, “Are we just meant to accept these inflated electricity rates and pay them? @Adani_Elec_Mum we have received a bill that is three times our usual amount. Could you please explain?” In her tweet, the actress questioned her electricity company whether they are meant to accept the inflated electricity rates and pay them. Tagging the power company in her tweet, Soha mentioned that they have received a bill that is three times the usual amount they pay. Seeking out the power company, Soha asked them to please explain the further needed procedure.
Meanwhile, as Soha Ali Khan took to her Twitter handle and raised concerns regarding the payment of the electricity bill, her power company made sure they reply back to the actress. While Soha and other celebrities raise concerns over their inflated electricity bills, actor Rohit Roy revealed he has an answer to the high electricity bills.
