Earlier in January, Karan Johar released the first look of Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer Liger. The makers shared a character poster of Deverakonda and mentioned the film is titled as ‘Liger’. Since then, on Wednesday, Dharma Productions shared a video featuring Ananya Panday. In the video, the actress revealed that the release date of the film Liger will be announced on January 11. Karan Johar shared a new poster of the film featuring actor Vijay Deverakonda. He also announced the release date of the film Liger.

Apart from KJo, Liger star Vijay Deverakonda also shared the new poster of the film. With the picture, Vijay tweeted, “The Date is set. India - we are coming! September 9, 2021. #LIGER #SaalaCrossbreed”

Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda is set to mark his Bollywood debut with the pan India film. The film stars Ananya and Vijay in pivotal roles.
