Kangana Ranaut's controversial reality show 'Lock Upp: Badass Jail Atyaachaari Khel’ started with a bang on February 27. Bankrolled by Ekta Kapoor, the show has been making headlines right since its inception. Now, to spice up things and to add more drama to the show, the makers have roped in Bigg Bos 15’s second runner-up and popular TV actor Karan Kundrra as the new jailor. Yesterday, the promo was released announcing his entry into the show and since then, everyone is quite excited to watch Karan on Ranaut's show.
Today, the wait will be over! In tonight’s episode of the show, Karan will reportedly be making a smashing entry as the new jailer and will meet all the contestants. It is being said that the celebrity contestants are quite excited to meet the actor and their new jailor. A source revealed to us that Karan will give inmates some bizarre tasks and will control the house with his fierce and action-packed personality. This super-hunk jailer and his gameplay will surely win over audiences. His main responsibility will be to run the jail, give tasks and punishments to the Kaidis.
Yesterday, the makers dropped a video on Instagram where Karan was seen as a silhouette. The clip opened with Karan announcing, "Sharaft kis chidiya ka naaam hai, lagta hai ye sab bhool gae hain, yaad dilane ka waqt aa gaya hai. He then faced the camera and said, “Aa raha hun mai queen ke is badass jail me in sab ko line pe laane. Asli atyachari khel to ab shuru hoga.”
Meanwhile, Lock Upp, which is live-streamed on digital platforms MX Player and ALTBalaji, features 14 contestants --Nisha Rawal, Munawar Faruqui, Poonam Pandey, Kaaranvir Bohra, Chakrapani, Siddharth Sharma, Anjali Arora, Babita Phogat, Shivam Sharma, Sara Khan, Payal Rohatgi, Tehseen Poonawalla and Saisha Shinde.
