Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar, who happen to be among one of the most talked-about and loved couples of Bollywood, have been busy painting the town red with their PDA for quite some time now. They have been making joint appearances on several instances, be it award shows, gym, parties or weddings and receptions. And, now, the duo has also started undergoing some much-need pampering sessions. Taking to their respective Instagram stories, Farhan and Shibani gave fans a sneak-peek into their Cryotherapy session and it’s sure to give you chills. The picture sees Farhan and Shibani standing inside a massive tub, the inside atmosphere of which was at minus 130 degrees. The session required the couple to stay in that tub for three minutes. Well, Farhan and Shibani opted for this treatment to get rid the muscle soreness post going full ‘beast mode in the gym.’ Farhan, in his caption, wrote, “The cold never bothered me anyway,” while his ladylove Shibani shared a streak of pictures documenting her time while inside the freezing chamber. “3 mins at -130 degrees,” she wrote with the first picture. “At this point, it was pretty damn cold. Ain’t gonna lie,” read her second caption. “Can’t tell you guys how good this felt! If you are training like a beast DO THIS,” she concluded.

Soon after, Shibani also shared a happy picture of herself inside the massive freezing tub. “When you favourite cookie people on the planet @aakashsethi @sweetishhousemafia also set up the sickest Cryotherapy place @thealchemylife you just have to combine the two! double chocolate chip cookie in -130 degree chamber for 3 mins!! Ballin!! So great for muscle recovery for those that beast mode in the gym!” she wrote.
