Madhuri Dixit to produce short films for the web
The actress, whose dance videos have gained popularity online, wants to take the next step
Madhuri Dixit, who has been producing videos for her online platform Dance With Madhuri for the last 6 months, plans to extend her production company’s activities.
SpotboyE has it that now, the actress is keen to make short films, which will be aired online.

“I’ve received very good response for the dance videos. So, now, we are working out a couple of ideas for short films and features for the web. The web is the future, everyone is getting glued to it,” said the Dedh Ishqiya actress.
About 2 years ago, Madhuri had even launched her production company with the intention of producing full-length feature films. When asked about the progress on that front, she said, “It’s a full-time job to make films. My company is still pretty nascent to handle that size of an assignment. My kids are also young, so I want to pay attention to them right now. Films may happen sometime in the future.”
