Many Bollywood stars have taken the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Joining the list is Malaika Arora who recently shared a picture of herself receiving the first jab of the COVID-19 vaccine. Sharing the news with her fans on Instagram, Malaika also encouraged others to get vaccinated. In the picture, Arora can be seen dressed in a white top and blue pants. She is also seen wearing a red mask.
Malaika captioned the photo as "I took the first dose of the COVID vaccine. Because #wereinthistogether ! Let's go warriors, let's win this #WarAgainstVirus. Don't forget to take yours soon! ( n a special mention to our amazing frontline workers, who were so caring n vigilant n went about doing everything with a smile) THANK YOU(and yes I am eligible to take the vaccine)"
For the uninitiated, last year, Malaika Arora had tested positive for Coronavirus. The Chaiya Chaiya star quarantined at home and successfully recovered from the virus. She had also opened up about battling COVID-19. She had shared a post on Instagram and thanked every doctor for the medical guidance and her family and friends for the support.
