Man Arrested For Blocking Ajay Devgn's Car Over His Tweet On Farmers' Protest Released On Bail
After international personalities such as Rihanna, Mia Khalifa, Amanda Cerny, Greta Thunberg and others tweeted in support of the farmers’ protests in India, many Bollywood celebrities broke their silence regarding the issue. Ajay Devgn was among the many Bollywood celebs who urged people not to fall for false propaganda against India. Yesterday, it was reported that Ajay Devgn’s car was blocked by a man while he was heading to Film City. Reportedly, the man was upset with the actor over his tweet regarding the farmers’ protest.

After blocking Ajay Devgn’s car, he was soon arrested by the Mumbai police. The man identified as Rajdeep Ramesh Singh, and he was reportedly charged with sections 504 and 506 (ii) of IPC. Now, according to a report in ANI, the man has been released on bail. The man was reportedly arrested on Tuesday morning, and the police told ANI that he was later released on bail on the very same day.

Reportedly, the man was calling Ajay Devgn ‘Punjab Ka Dushman’, and wanted to talk to the actor but his bodyguard tried to move him away. A video of the same went viral on social media, and it shows the man screaming at Ajay Devgn.

NDTV quoted the man saying, “This guy is against Punjab. Punjab has given him food. How is he able to digest his food? How can you be against Punjab? You should be ashamed. You have been wearing turbans in movies with so much pride? Why aren't you ashamed? Are you going to run me over? Why can't he come out of the car and talk?"
