Ace designer Masaba Gupta conducted an Instagram Q&A session and let her fans ask her questions. The designer answered many questions, wherein one of the netizens asked her the thing that she did not know about her mother Neena Gupta’s recently released autobiography, Sach Kahun Toh. To which the designer replied that she did not know that her mother did not have money for her birth, which was C-section, as shared by the senior actress in her autobiography.
The social media user asked the designer, “What's one thing that you didnt know from Neena ji's book "Sach Kahun Toh"?” Replying to this, Masaba said, “I didn't know that she did not have any money when she had me, when I was born and I didn't even know she had no money to pay even for my birth, which was a C-section so that was really heartbreaking.” Masaba was born to Neena out of the wedlock, with West Indies cricketer player, Viv Richards.
Masaba Gupta sharing an excerpt from her mother’s autobiography penned a heartfelt note, which read, “When I was born, my mum had ₹2000/- in her bank account. A timely tax reimbursement would bump that number up to ₹12,000/- and of course I was a C-section baby. As I read mom’s biography I learn so many things & the hardships she has had to endure. I work very hard every single day of my life & never ever let anyone not give me what I deserve only to make sure I can pay her back for bringing me into this world.....with interest!”
In her autobiography, Neena also revealed Satish Kaushik had offered to marry her when she was pregnant with Masaba. ALSO READ:
