Mission Mangal Song, Dil Mein Mars Hai, To Be Launched Soon: Watch This Space For More
Mission Mangal stars Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan took to Instagram to share the news of the launch of the film’s first song Dil Mein Mars Hai today
Akshay Kumar starrer Mission Mangal is one of the most anticipated films of the year. A few days ago, the official trailer of the film was released and the stars of the film Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari, Nithya Menen and Sharman Joshi came together for unveiling of the trailer. The trailer was receieved very well by the audience and now the first song of the film titled Dil Mein Mars is all set to be unveiled today.
The song Dil Mein Mars Hai is an inspirational track and while talking to Mid Day, director Jagan Shakti revealed that the song is more like an anthem and binds the whole story together. The director revealed that earlier versions of the song had too many technical terms which didn’t connect. Lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya and R Balki worked with Jagan on the lyrics. While talking to Mid Day, Jagan said, “We tried a few things, which were very techheavy and they somehow didn't bring out the emotion that we wanted to highlight. Then, we decided to try something simple, which brings out the underlying sentiment clearly. The idea was to highlight the scientists' undeterred spirit to achieve their goal and Dil Mein Mars Hai says it all.”
Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan took to social media to share the news of the launch of the first song from Mission Mangal. The Rowdy Rathod actor shared a picture of his team and captioned, “Team #MissionMangal ke #DilMeinMarsHai. First song out today. Stay tuned”
Mission Mangal is a movie based on Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM) also called Mangalyaan carried out by scientists at ISRO and with this, India became the first Asian nation to reach Martian orbit. The film will hit the big screen on August 15, 2019. The official Australian premiere of Mission Mangal will be hosted at the IFFM in Melbourne on the very same day.
