The hot rumour in the industry has taken us by surprise. We hear, Athiya Shetty-Nawazuddin Siddiqui's upcoming film has run into trouble. If things remain as on date, Motichoor Chaknachoor MIGHT not see the light of day on its scheduled date November 15.
We had brought you the BIG STORY FIRST that Motichoor Chaknachoor director Debamitra had been sacked by the film's producer Rajesh Bhatia. Deba had told us that Bhatia had used foul language against her and not included her in the post-production /editing/ additional song of Nawazuddin Siddiqui-Sunny Leone.
Even the film's editor Chandan Arora who has a praiseworthy body of work had confirmed with us about Bhatia's behaviour with Deba. Arora had also voiced that he has not been paid fully yet.
As seen from the above stories (CLICK TO READ THEM), Bhatia apparently also has quite a few complaints against him for non-payment of dues.
We also hear from a little birdie that Suniel Shetty's daughter Athiya has not yet been paid fully. Shocking if true!
The rumour flying further has it that a civil court in Bihar has stayed the release of the upcoming film as one local distributor has claimed the rights to the film with relevant documents to support the claim.
