Arjun Kapoor is all set to essay a double role in the film. The first look introduces both his characters- Karanveer Singh and Charanveer Singh.
2017 is all set to be an eventful year for Arjun Kapoor. The actor will be seen opposite Shraddha Kapoor in Half Girlfriend and later will be seen in Mubarakan which is a wedding comedy directed by Anees Bazmee. It will be the first time that the actor would be seen in an out-and out comedy. Arjun will also be sharing screen space with his uncle, Anil Kapoor, for the first time.
The team kick-started the wedding comedy's first schedule in Chandigarh on Wednesday with a mahurat which was attended by the chacha-bhatija jodi arriving on a chariot dancing to the sound of band-baaja and some 'balle balle' on dhol beats.

Mubarakan stars Athiya Shetty and Ileana D’Cruz as the female leads and is slated to release on July 28 2017.
