Mumbai Police Requests Mumbaikars To Avoid Unnecessary ‘Heropanti’ After Disha Patani And Tiger Shroff Are Booked For Violating COVID-19 Rules
Just recently, Bollywood lovebirds Disha Patani and Tiger Shroff were booked for allegedly violating COVID-19 restrictions. According to a tweet of ANI, the actors were ‘found roaming at Bandstand Promenade and couldn't give valid reasons to police for being out of their homes after 2 pm’ deadline. Now, Mumbai Police who often make tweets using pop culture reference for sending out important messages was seen taking a jibe at Disha and Tiger in their recent tweet. Mumbai Police poke fun at the two while requesting all Mumbaikars to avoid unnecessary ‘Heropanti’

Their tweet read, “In the ongoing ‘War’ against the virus, going ‘Malang’ on the streets of Bandra cost dearly to two actors who have been booked under sections 188, 34 IPC by  Bandra PStn. We request all Mumbaikars to avoid unnecessary ‘Heropanti’ which can compromise on safety against #COVID19”. The post made references to Tiger’s films War and Heropanti and Disha’s film Malang. The actors were not directly named but the mention of their films was pretty evident who they are hinting at. Netizens are mighty impressed with their ‘sarcasm’ as one commented, “The way  @MumbaiPolice  tweet on Twitter regarding every matter is unique & amazing. Awareness in sarcastic way is key of  @MumbaiPolice ....  Keep going sir”

While another one said, “This is hilarious seriously, points to the Mumbai police Twitter handler. That person needs a raise” Another one thought it was savage, “@iTIGERSHROFF & @DishPatani getting ' Baaghi ' on mumbai streets Le @MumbaiPolice ne dono ko ' Dhoni ' style mai dhoya #Savage  #MumbaiPolice”

Meanwhile, a reaction from Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani is yet to be made. ALSO READ: FIR Lodged Against Tiger Shroff And Disha Patani For Flouting Pandemic Norms; Mumbai Police Take Strict Action-REPORT
