Nagin: Shraddha Kapoor Says Audience Expectations Has Enhanced The Pressure On Them; Actor Reveals The Shoot To Begin Soon
In a recent chat, Shraddha Kapoor talked about her upcoming film, Nagin where she revealed when the shoot of the film will begin and said that audience expectations have enhanced the pressure on them
Apart from small screens, Nagin is now coming to woo the audience on the big screen as well. Till now, Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin has been ruling the television industry and now filmmakers too are exploring and tapping into Indian mythology and folklore stories. After late veteran star Sridevi who has immortalised the character, actor Shraddha Kapoor is going to bring the shapeshifter concept back in trend. After the announcement, fans are pretty intrigued to see how Nagin will pan out to be with an A-lister starring in it.
Speaking of which, the actor recently talked about her upcoming film where she revealed when the shoot of the film will begin and said that the audience's expectations have enhanced the pressure on them. Expressing gratitude to the audience and disclosing when we could expect the shoot to begin, Shraddha Kapoor told BollywoodLife.com, “Firstly, I have to say that the moment Nagin was announced, it received so much love just for the announcement that I want to say, 'Thank you, thank you so much for that.' Of course, that has enhanced the pressure on us and we hope to live up to all the expectations. The shoot for Nagin is going to start in some time, just a little while is remaining (to take the film on floors). Of course, it's an extremely huge project and there are many factors that are a part of it. So, the preparations are on, but I can say that it will definitely start in some time.”
Shraddha added, “I think whatever Nikhil sir has said, I'll leave it at that. Right now, I wouldn't want to speak too much on it because I think, it's a little too soon also to talk about Nagin, but yes, thank you for all the love.”

Earlier, after the movie announcement, a report suggested that the film will kick-start by mid this year after wrapping up the Ranbir Kapoor starrer, helmed by Luv Ranjan.
