Nakuul Mehta And Darsheel Safary In Satte Pe Satta Remake?- EXCLUSIVE
SpotboyE.com has learned that Taare Zameen Par's grown-up child artiste Darsheel Safary and Ishqbaaaz show actor Nakuul Mehta have been almost finalised to play the on-screen brothers to Hrithik Roshan's character of Ravi in the remake of Satte Pe Satta. The modalities are being worked out. An official announcement is expected soon
Farah Khan’s plans of remake of the 1982 classic Satte Pe Satta have been the talk of town since a long time. SpotboyE.com had brought you the news that it is none other than Hrithik Roshan who will step into Big B’s shoes. Now, we have some more scoop about a couple of other actors in the film.
If you have seen Satte Pe Satta, you’d surely remember that Amitabh Bachchan’s character of Ravi (he had a double role, Babu being the other one) had 6 brothers. Now, we hear that Taare Zameen Par actor Darsheel Safary and popular TV actor Nakuul Mehta of Ishqbaaaz fame have been roped in to play two of his brothers. The modalities are fast being worked out. The original film had Sachin Pilgaonkar, Shakti Kapoor, Paintal, Kanwaljeet Singh, Sudhir and Vikram Sahu playing Big B’s brothers. Let’s see which characters will Darsheel and Nakuul essay in the remake.

Darsheel won our hearts as the endearing Ishaan in the film Taare Zameen Par, that even earned him several awards. However, after the film’s resounding success, the cute lad went missing and this journalist when working for Mumbai Mirror stated back then that the kid had started asking ( via his Dad of course) a whopping amount of over a crore from those who approached him after TZP, which resulted in the filmmaker(s) in question running back home. Then, in 2012, he was seen in the film Midnight’s Children. Two years back, there were reports of him making a comeback with a film called Quickie, but the film just vanished into thin air; definitely not a quickie!
Speaking of Nakuul Mehta, the actor became famous post his portrayal of Shivaay in the TV show Ishqbaaaz. Well, he’s quit the show now and currently on a break, before announcing his next big project. Have we announced it for you, Nakuul?
