Narendra Modi’s Howdy Modi event left everyone stunned. He garnered praises from all but an interesting one came from Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor. NaMo reacted to Rishi’s tweet and said that they missed meeting in the US. LOL!

Narendra Modi's Replies To Rishi Kapoor Praising Howdy Modi Event In The USA, Jokes About Missing Meeting In The States
The Howdy Modi event that took place in Houston called for accolades for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Many took to social media to praise the PM. So did Rishi Kapoor. The veteran actor who has recently come back from the States shared how proud he was of Narendra Modi addressing Indians in the US. To this Modi has replied saying that he missed missing the star by a few days. LOL! For those who don’t know, when in States, Rishi Kapoor and his wife Neetu Kapoor met tons of Bollywood stars and other celebrities. From Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar to even Ambanis all met the star in New York.

Narendra Modi seems to have kept a track of all this and that’s why he mentioned about it in his tweet. Narendra Modi’s tweet reads, “Rishi Ji, thanks for your enthusiastic encouragement. We just missed each other by a few days since you recently left for India from the USA. I pray for your good health. Looking forward to greater participation of yours on social media.”


Rishi Kapoor, who is very active on Twitter, came back to India after almost a year. He was in the States undergoing his treatment for cancer. Healthy and in his best shape, Rishi Kapoor has reunited with his family and is all charged up to get back to work.

Apart from Rishi Kapoor, the other stars who congratulated and lauded Modi for his awesome speech in Houston were Karan Johar, Ajay Devgn, Prasoon Joshi and more. Modi replied to all thanking for the support.
