Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan love to host dinner parties for their friends and relatives. On Christmas eve, Kareena and Saif invited their close friends and family members over at their home. Armaan Jain, Aadar Jain, Anissa Malhotra, Zahan Kapoor and Kunal Kapoor also attended the lavish feast at the Pataudis. On New Year, we saw Soha Ali Khan give a glimpse into the grand feast they enjoyed with a few close friends. Now, yesterday, the power couple hosted a dinner party for their friends Natasha Poonawalla and Adar Poonawalla.
Natasha Poonawalla and Adar Poonawalla were snapped by the paparazzi last night outside Saif and Kareena’s residence as they made their way to the car. While the two posed for pictures, Adar Poonawalla was heard asking the paps whether clicking pictures like this was allowed amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The paparazzi told them that it was allowed, and also asked them to pose for a few pictures without their mask. However, the couple refused to take off their masks, and posed with their masks on. Adar was seen telling the paps that masks should stay on at all times.
Adar Poonawalla is the chief executive of the Serum Institute, a Pune-based vaccine manufacturer, and he recently tweeted that the Covishield vaccine, which was developed by Serum Institute of India in partnership with Oxford University and AstraZeneca is ready to roll out in the coming weeks.
“Happy new year, everyone! All the risks @SerumInstIndia took with stockpiling the vaccine, have finally paid off. COVISHIELD, India's first COVID-19 vaccine is approved, safe, effective and ready to roll-out in the coming weeks,” Adar Poonawalla tweeted.
