Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan's granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda is a star in her own right. She is very active on social media and often talks about various issues. During these tough times, Navya has been doing her bit to spread awareness and share the importance of safety as India battles the second wave of Coronavirus. Taking to her Instagram stories, Navya shared a post that talks about the effects of the pandemic.
Sharing the post, Navya wrote, "This pandemic has disproportionately impacted women. Especially working women! ESPECIALLY Indian women. Making gender equality a very very distant dream." Navya was recently in the news after she praised a Jharkand girl, Seema for securing a full scholarship at Harvard University. She shared the story on her Instagram stories and called it 'incredible'.
For the uninitiated, Navya Naveli Nanda has no plans to enter Bollywood. After graduating from college, while many expected the star kid to follow the footsteps of her grandparents and uncle, Navya had different plans. She took to her Instagram and announced the launch of her healthcare platform for women, Aara Healthcare and it left many surprised. The platform is to empower and educate women while providing them with reliable healthcare products.
Other than that, Navya also gives a glimpse into her personal life. From sharing beautiful selfies, family moments and pictures with her BFFs, Navya's social media posts are a treat to all her fans and followers. For the unversed, she is good friends with Shanaya Kapoor, Suhana Khan and Ananya Panday. A few days ago, Navya shared a picture and captioned it as, "How it started vs how's it going!"
