Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui were embroiled in a nasty legal battle for the past few months. From accusing him and his mother of domestic violence to talking about all their problems in public, she didn’t shy away from washing their dirty laundry on social media which left the netizens divided. A few weeks back it was reported that Nawaz had reached out with a settlement. Now, during a media interaction, she has shed light on their legal proceedings.
Speaking to ETimes, Aaliya shared that her kids Shora and Yoni are happily settled in DUbai with her as the court agreed with Nawaz stating that their studies shouldn’t suffer. She went on to reveal that the court has ordered the actor to clear out their issues and take care of everything in Dubai. Quoted by ABP News, she further added, “It put a condition to him that he has to take care of everything in Dubai and the children shouldn't face any problem. She shared that the court gave out a very good decision and that Nawaz has solved most of their issues. Aaliya also spoke about their current divorce situation and revealed that the court has told them to sit and discuss where they stand and settle things out of court. The couple plans of doing the same once the actor returns from his travels. For the unversed, the couple has been embroiled in the nasty battle for more than three months now. It all started when Nawaz’s mother filed a case against Aaliya for allegedly trespassing into their home. Aaliya had then accused Nawaz and his mother of domestic violence. She went on to state that they have been restricting her provision of food, a bed, and a bathroom. She had also shared a video on her social media handle, where she could be seen sleeping on the living room sofa along with her kids.
