Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Mother Files FIR Against Daughter-In-Law Aaliya Over Property Dispute; Actor’s Wife Says, ‘Will I Ever Get Justice’
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui has filed an FIR against his daughter in law Aaliya over a property dispute
Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is facing trouble in his marriage with his wife Aaliya for the past few years now. In 2020, Aaliya had accused the actor of cheating and alleged he was involved with other women while she was expecting their first child. Now, as per the latest report in news agency ANI, Nawazuddin’s mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui has filed an FIR against Aaliya over a property dispute. She has been summoned by the Police for questioning.
As reported by ANI, Aaliya and Nawazuddin’s mother got into a heated argument and things got so worse that Mehrunisa lodged an FIR against her. It is being said that a property dispute is going on between Nawazuddin, his mother, and Aaliya. A Police Official informed that following the FIR a case has been registered under sections 452, 323, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Later, Aaliya Siddiqui took to her Instagram handle and shared a copy of FIR, asking for justice. Alongside it, she wrote, “Shocking.. my genuine criminal complaints against my husband go unattended by Police. However, I enter my Husband’s house and a criminal complaint / FIR is immediately filed against me within a few hours. Will I ever get justice, this way.”
For the unversed, Aaliya, who is a film producer, is Nawazuddin’s second wife and they are parents to a son Yaani Siddiqui and a daughter Shora Siddiqui. The couple got married in 2010 and in 2020, Aaliya filed for divorce from the actor. She also lodged a complaint against the actor and his family accusing them of domestic violence. In an earlier interview with Pinkvilla, Aaliya had revealed that “even during their courtship days, Nawazuddin was in a relationship with someone else.
