Looks like Neetu Kapoor too is following some routine to keep herself hydrated, fresh and relaxed in the summer. Taking to her Instagram stories, Neetu Kapoor shared a recipe of a cooler that will also help you beat anxiety. She revealed about a mixer that you can easily make at home.

Neetu Kapoor shared a picture on her Insta stories that sees a glass filled with water, star anise and bay leaf. She captioned it as, "After Chia seeds for two weeks, now star anise and bay leaf (good for anxiety)". It sounds to be a recipe that one should surely try at home. What say?

Recently, Neetu Kapoor made it to the news as she revealed quite a few interesting stories about her life with Rishi Kapoor. She made an appearance on Indian Idol 12 as contestants dedicated a special tribute to late Rishi Kapoor. On the show, she revealed that she was Rishi Kapoor's wing woman before they started dating. "I was Rishi's wing woman and always helping him in impressing girls, until we started dating. Rishi found me very cute and sweet and we used to call each other Bob," she had said.

"He was in Paris whereas I was in Kashmir, shooting, and suddenly I got a telegram from Rishi saying he misses me and loves me," she had said.
