Neighbours call the police to stop Sanjay Dutt's party
Fed up of blaring music till 2 am, Pali Hill residents asked for police help. But Dutts continued to celebrate loudly till 4 am!
Sanjay and Manyata Dutt got a bit carried away, last week. They called a bunch of friends over for dinner to their Imperial Heights residence at Pali Hill and started the music on their terrace around 10 pm.
It was all fine till 2 am, but suddenly the music grew louder or the night became quieter, whichever way you look at it.
Around 2.15 am, Dr Chhaya Shukla- anesthetist at Jaslok Hospital, who stays in Dutt's adjacent building Neptune Apartments, picked up her phone and asked the police to intervene.
According to Dr Chayya's husband, Dr Amitav Shukla--- Chairperson of Pali Hill Residents Association, who is a leading surgeon in Hinduja Hospital--- the cops calmed the situation only at 4 am.
Confirming the story, Dr Amitav told SpotboyE, "It was one hell of a night. We had this problem with Sanjay before he went to jail, and it seems, he will not change in this aspect. I don't mind lights and music as long as it is meant for yourself. Besides, there is a time limit to indulge in revelry which can disturb others.
We have had this problem with other celebrities too in Pali Hill. I wish that every celebrity realises his responsibility towards society and sets up an example for others to emulate. We are also going to write to Mr & Mrs Dutt about this."
