Since then, they have been creating buzz and giving relationship goals to their fans. They are also parents to two beautiful kids - Misha and Zain. The couple often treat fans and followers with their precious family moments on Instagram. The couple's social media PDA also always grabs attention. Now, in a recent interview, Shahid Kapoor's mother and veteran actor Neliima Azeem opened up about the time Shahid confessed being in love with Mira to her.
Talking to Bollywood Bubble, she revealed that Shahid was actually very shy. Adding to that, she said, "He is like that, he is very careful and he was not sure how I would react to it, but I got very excited." She added that Shahid showed her Mira's picture and after that they met. She went on to say, "I met Mira and she was so sweet, young and full of enthusiasm, love and affection. I fell in love with her at first sight."
Neliima Azeem added that Mira is very pretty and glamorous and beautiful. "Along with that, she is somebody who has just struck the balance in our family. She is such a good homemaker and companion. She is so sensible for her age." She further added that it is unbelievable how she has adjusted to a film actor's life.
On Sunday, Mira Rajput took to Instagram and wished Neliima Azeem on Mother's Day by sharing a picture of them. She wrote, "Happy Mother's Day, mom. Your positivity and zest for life is so inspiring. And I love that we are always on the same side." Mira's note for Neliima Azeem speaks volumes about their close bond.
