Race 3 has been
in the news lately, especially after it was announced that Salman Khan will be
a part of the film.
And now the buzz
is strong that Salman has laid down a list of do’s and don’ts before he starts
working on the project.
According to a
report in a leading daily, Salman has said that he doesn’t even want any steamy
scenes in the film unlike the previous prequels. He wants to make the film for
a family audience and doesn’t want anything to be a part of the movie which
will make the audience uncomfortable.

Also, there was a scene which required his character to deal with drugs. That scene has been completely removed. Why? Salman apparently does not want to set a bad example for his fans and the younger audience. Hence, the drug peddling angle has been chopped off.
Lastly, Salman
has requested director Remo D’Souza, producer Ramesh Taurani and the writers to
make the script funnier. Thanks to Anil Kapoor’s impeccable comic timing, Race
and Race 2 were funny in their own way. Now, Salman wants the script to be even
funnier!

The first film in the Race franchise hit
theatres in 2008 and featured Saif Ali Khan, Bipasha Basu, Akshaye Khanna, Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor and Sameera Reddy in pivotal
roles. The second instalment of the franchise was directed by Abbas-Mustan and
once again starred Saif and Anil but accompanying them this time were John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Ameesha Patel and Jacqueline.
Coming back to
Mr. Khan, well, Salman is known for doing things his way; we won’t be surprised
to know that the final product has been made after abiding these conditions.
