Not Rohit Shetty, But Sajid Nadiadwala Is The Director Of Kick 2
Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Kick 2 which was circling around rumours, will be directed by Sajid Nadiadwala and not Rohit Shetty
Since quite some time, there have been enough rumours that Rohit Shetty will be directing Kick 2. However, that’s far from the truth. The film is a Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment starring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles. To clear the air on the circling rumours, the producers of the film have confirmed that Sajid Nadiadwala will be directing the sequel of the franchise.
According to speculations, Rohit Shetty, the director of hit franchises like Golmaal and Singham was supposed to be helming the film, since he is one of the best directors in the action genre.
Disclosing and denying all the claims on social media, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment tweeted, “Clearing the air, we strongly deny any reports of association of any other name as director of Kick 2. The next of the franchise, Kick 2 is with Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and will be directed by Sajid Nadiadwala.”
Since the first announcement of the sequel, the project Kick 2 by Sajid Nadiadwala has been undergoing fine tuning to give the audience a complete package entertainer. The director has been working on the script of the film for the past one year and the announcement of the sequel itself has generated a lot of high level excitement amongst the audience.
With a high number of action sequences, the producers of the film have set an end to all the rumours. The first part, Kick which was released in 2014 was also directed by Sajid Nadiadwala.
