OMG 2 Pre-Teaser: Akshay Kumar Arrives As A Sadhu Amidst Har Har Mahadev Chants, Announces Teaser Release Date
Akshay Kumar left netizens excited as he shared a pre-teaser snippet of his upcoming movie OMG 2
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is all set to return to the big screen with the sequel of his blockbuster hit 2012 movie OMG - Oh My God! Co-starring Paresh Rawal, the movie became a talking point as it dealt with the blind faith of people in fake Godmen and the orthodox customs they follow till date. While the first part of the movie sheds light on humanity being one of the biggest religions, fans have been left excited to know what the second movie has in store for them.
Akshay recently took to his official social media handle to drop a pre-teaser snippet from the upcoming movie and revealed that the teaser will be released on July 11th. In the video shared by the actor, he is seen walking in a disguise as a sadhu while Har Har Mahadev plays in the background. Fans couldn’t contain their excitement after watching the clip. They immediately took to the comment section of the post to hail the actor’s return to the genre that best suits him. While, the 55-year-old actor essayed the role of Lord Krishna in the first movie, he will be playing the role of Lord Shiva in the second instalment. The individual posters of the movie, which also stars Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in pivotal roles, has left the internet excited for the upcoming movie. Taking to the comment section of the pre-teaser snippet video, on fan wrote, “Har har Mahadev. Written and directed by Amit Rai, OMG - Oh My God! 2 stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in the lead roles. The movie is all set to release on the big screens on August 11th, 2023. If reports are to be believed the sequel will focus on the Indian education system and explore hard hitting topics like exam pressures and college admissions.
