Pakistani Hottie Veena Malik Divorces Husband After 3 Years
The couple have stated irreconcilable differences as the reason for this separation. Veena was married to Asad Bashir Khan Khattak
The Lahore family court
has granted Veena Malik permission to get out of her wedlock. The
actress divorces her husband, Asad Bashir Khan Khattak, after 3 years of
marriage.
It is reported that the duo first filed for separation in
January this year stating the reason to be irreconcilable differences. They
have two kids together. The custody of the kids is yet to be decided.

Once Veena filed for the Khula (divorce), Khattak chose
to go for non-pursuance. Thus, the ruling came in such a short period of time,
and that too in Veena's favour. Veena having filed the divorce, will now have
to pay 25% of the dower money.
Veena was born in a Punjabi family in Rawalpindi, Punjab,
Pakistan. She holds a BA degree in Sociology, Psychology and Persian.
She rose to fame when she participated in Bigg Boss 4. She
has done a few movies in Bollywood like Mumbai 125 KM 3D (2014), Super Model
(2013), Zindagi 50-50 (2013).
According to some reports, Veena and Khattak had been
living separately for the last three months. Veena reportedly wanted to join
showbiz but Khattak had been insisting she look after their two children, Abram
(2) and Amal (1).

A year back Veena was in news for her inclination towards
politics for which she was constantly meeting cricketer-turned-politician Imran
Khan (the head and founder of the political party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) in
Dubai.
While addressing the Pakistan media at that time, Veena's
public relation officer Sohail Rashid had said “Veena will start her showbiz
career with dedication, but there are a few other things about her which are
being kept as a secret."
