Palghar Mob Lynching: Farhan Akhtar Outraged Over Killing Of Three; Actor Wishes The Justice Is Delivered Swiftly

Days after three men were beaten to death by a group of villagers in Palghar district of Maharashtra on suspicion that they were thieves, this horrifying incident caught Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar's attention. An enraged Farhan took to his Twitter handle and expressed his anger by hoping that the murderers get arrested and the justice is delivered swiftly. Farhan Akhtar in the tweet mentioned that he strongly condemns the violence that took place in Palghar. 

In his tweet, the actor then continued to add that mob rule should not have a place in society. The actor, in conclusion, added that he hopes the murderers are arrested as soon and possible. While sharing his views on the same, he tweeted, "Strongly condemn the violence that took the lives of 3 people in Palghar. Mob rule should have no place in our society and I hope the murderers have been arrested and that justice is delivered swiftly."

However, seeing his tweet on the serious matter, we see some fans supporting him and praising him for raising his concern as one commented, “Good to see your tweet, sir, we need people like you should come forward and communicate to common people since you guys have a huge fan following.” While another commented, “You can only hope with the current mindset of your politics and government. Stay safe Good luck.”

 On the other hand, as Farhan is hoping for justice, it is now reported that the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray has already ordered a high-level probe into the Palghar lynching incident while saying that culprits will be brought to justice and have also been arrested. Meanwhile, on his work front, Farhan Akhtar is now gearing up for his upcoming release Toofan which will see him as a boxer alongside Super 30 actress Mrunal Thakur.
