Panipat First Look Poster: Sanjay Dutt Looks Fierce As Ahmad Shah Abdali; Trailer Out Tomorrow

The makers of Panipat: The Great Betrayal are all set to present the trailer of the film. A while back, taking to social media the makers shared Sanjay Dutt’s first look as Ahmad Shah Abdalias from the film. The film is directed by Ashutosh Gowariker also stars Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Zeenat Aman and Kay Kay Menon in the pivotal roles. In the latest poster, Sanjay Dutt with kohl-rimmed eyes looks fierce. With the poster, the makers also announced, the trailer of the film will be out tomorrow.

Yesterday the makers hosted a special preview of film’s trailer. SpotboyE Editor Vickey Lalwani too was present at the special screening. He wrote, “Arjun Kapoor has a champion's role and Dutt (playing antagonist) looks set to return to form with this one. Kriti Sanon plays the perfect foil to Arjun.”

While speaking to PTI about the plot of the film, Kriti Sanon said that Panipat is a great story to be told. She said, “I like the character of Parvati Bai, especially the way Ashu sir has written it. It did attract me as I have never done something like this before. I was initially confused like how come he thought of me to play this Marathi girl because I am a North Indian, Punjabi.”
