Papa Rishi On Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt’s Affair: Jo Hai Woh Hai, Sabko Pata Hai
After mom, Neetu Kapoor, looks like, Papa Rishi Kapoor has approved Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s relationship too. While talking to a leading tabloid, the senior actor said, “Jo hai woh hai, sabko pata hai”
Bollywood’s new
couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are leaving no stone unturned to impress
each other’s family. In fact, their mothers- Neetu Kapoor & Soni Razdan- have
been bonding too on social media and keep talking via comments on their social
media posts.
And now looks like, dad Rishi Kapoor too has approved Ranbir and Alia’s relationship. While talking to Mid-day, Sr Kapoor was asked about their budding relationship, the actor said, “Jo hai woh hai, sabko pata hai. I don't need to say anything more."
While in conversation with the leading tabloid, Rishi also revealed that it’s high time for Ranbir to get married. He said, “It is high time he got married. I settled down when I was 27, Ranbir is 35. So he should think about marriage. He can marry anyone of his choice; we don't have any objection to it. I want to spend time with my grandchildren before I am gone.”
He further
stated, "[Be it] Ranbir or his contemporaries, actors have blinkers on and
are focused on their work. The only women they meet are the actresses. They
don't socialise as much; that is the flipside of life in the movies."
When asked if he initiates the marriage topic with Ranbir, he said, “I haven't been vocal about it, but my wife [Neetu Kapoor] keeps bringing it up with him and he just brushes the question away. Whenever he is ready for it, we will be happy. Our happiness lies in his happiness, after all."
