A recent celebrity to be a victim of a death hoax is senior actor Paresh Rawal. A specific social media account dropped the news of the actor passing away today at 7 am. The actor taking to his Twitter account refuted the rumour and also shared the screenshot, calling out the person claiming the actor to be dead. This got fans reacting to the actor’s post, asking him not to spare these social media pages spreading false news. It also invited memes, slamming the page.
The said Twitter page creative carried the Hera Pheri actor’s picture with candles lit on either side. Paresh commenting on it wrote, “(folded hands emoji) Sorry for the misunderstanding as I slept past 7 am” One of Twitter users, got to the actor’s notice that such death news is not a misunderstanding but some groups on social purposely announcing living person as dead. The user wrote, “It's not a mis-understanding! There is a group of alleged liberals & intellectuals moving around with the hell-bent intention of announcing the deaths of living persons. They didn't ever leave Ex-president of India.”

Paresh Rawal after taking his first jab of COVID-19 vaccine was tested positive for COVID-19, back then he tweeted, “Unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19. All those that have come in contact with me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested.” Many celebs were seen praying for his speedy recovery.
