According to the latest reports, Deepika Padukone to have a boy cut hairdo in the film Pathan. The report stated that Deepika, who plays the role of an agent will be seen in a never seen before avatar alongside Shah Rukh Khan
Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham starring film Pathan is one of the much-anticipated films of 2021. SRK and Deepika commenced shooting for the film in November last year at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. After it was revealed that Padukone is set to play the role of an agent in the film, according to the latest reports, Deepika is to have a boy cut hairdo in Pathan. The report stated that Deepika will be seen in a never seen before avatar alongside Shah Rukh Khan.
A source close to the development told Pinkvilla.com that Deepika Padukone’s character in the film is of a suave agent. The source said, “It’s the character of a suave agent, who goes on a mission alongside Shah Rukh Khan, and after contemplating on multiple looks, they finally zeroed into the boy cut (short hair) avatar for DP.” The source revealed that the actress has already shot for a considerable chunk in the film, and is expected to join the cast and crew of Pathan from mid-March.
Talking about the Bajirao Mastani actress, the source in the report said, “She has already shot a considerable chunk in the film, and is expected to join the gang of Pathan again from mid of March.” The insider added that the makers have already planned a grand entry scene for the actress back in December. The source said, “It was a massive set up to film her introductory scene at YRF studios. The audience is on to see DP like never before in Pathan.”

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan recently started shooting on Pathan again. The actor started shooting with Salman Khan in February. The third schedule of the film is shot at YRF studios and Salman is expected to wrap up the shoot on March 6, reportedly. Reports in the section of the media also mentioned that the cast of Pathan will be heading to UAE, Turkey and several other countries for the shoot.
