Well, it looks that the two had another agenda too. The twosome attended the Esquire Awards 2016 in Dubai, where they both bagged trophies. And that reconciliation that we talked about, we got a sample of that too. But the 'It' couple decided to do it in front of the shutterbugs, instead of behind closed doors.

At the awards ceremony, Deepika was given the International Woman of the Year Awards while Ranveer won the International Man of the Year Award.




But it was the moment when Ranveer placed a peck on Deepika’s forehead as he walked to the stage to collect the award which caught everyone's eye.



Ranveer’s winning speech was pure gold at the event. “I assure you that I am merely a work in progress as a man. I promise you that the best of this man is yet to come. But for the moment if you truly want to see a man at his best -meet me five shots down at the dance floor at the afterparty. Ladies and gentleman it is officially party time. I will see you on the dance floor.” he said in his speech.




Ranbir Kapoor recently commented on the chat show Koffee with Karan that he hopes Ranveer and Deepika make awesome babies together.
When quizzed about it at an event later, Ranveer had responded, “Koffee With Karan bahut hi timepass show hai, uspe bahut bakwaas baatein hoti hai, usko seriously nahin lena chahiye jitna ki aap le rahe hain,"(Ranveer, How Can You Say Koffee With Karan Has A Lot Of Bakwaas?, Nov 28).

This response had added fuel to the blazing rumours that Deepika and Ranveer are ending their four-year-old relationship.
