It was a fun Friday night for Kapoors as they got together to ring in Neetu Kapor’s birthday.
Well yes, the gorgeous actress turns 59 today. And her family including son Ranbir, daughter Riddhima and husband Rishi celebrated her special day by bonding over dinner.

Rishi Kapoor’s sister Rima Jain, Riddhima’s daughter Samara were also a part of the celebration dinner. The family seems to be having a great time together. While Ranbir looks dapper in a white shirt, birthday girl Neetu Kapoor, was glowing as usual.
Neetu Kapoor started her acting career at the age of 8 under the name Baby Sonia. Her first role as child artiste was in Suraj in 1966. She made her adult debut as a leading actress with the film Rickshawala in 1973 and went on to appear in 55 films as the lead heroine from 1973 to 1983.
Neetu quit the industry in 1983 after her marriage to Rishi Kapoor in 1980. She made a comeback after 26 years with Imtiaz Ali’s romantic drama Love Aaj Kal (2009). And then later did films like the Do Dooni Chaar (2010) and Yash Chopra’s last film, Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
Neetu Kapoor made a mark in the industry with her spectacular work in films like Deewar (1975), Kabhie Kabhie (1976) and Amar Akbar Anthony (1977). She has also set a great example of being fit and feel young irrespective of one’s age.
